Hot Fergie

Fergie looks surprisingly great in the October issue of Flare magazine. I think Flare people did a great job and really brought out her positive features. A lot of times she looks terrible in magazine shots (remember that aweful Seventeen cover? The Fug Girls really made fun of her). I think because her features are not that delicate, it helps to actually minimize the amount of colors that go on her face. In the photo, her skin is luminous and her eyes are striking but not overloaded with eyeshadow, and I just LOVE her nude lipcolor. So of course I have to mimic what they did on her by following these steps the fab makeup team provided. You should try it out too :)

Skin
prep your complexion with plenthy of moisturizer with SPF. Next, use a damp sponge to apply a sheer foundation, then finish with concealer for extra coverage where needed.

Eyebrows
Perfect your brows with an angle brush and powder shadow.

Eyes
Rock sexy cat eyes by using a black liquid liner and a steady hand to line the top of your lash lines, flipping out at the corner. Next, smooth a bronze shadow across the entire eyelid and into crease. Follow by lining the top and bottom inner lash lines with a black pencel and finish with a generous dose of black mascara, focusing on the outer corners.

Cheeks
Swirl a peach blush onto the apples of your cheeks and blend into your cheekbones, making a tear-drop shape. For star wattage, sweep bronzer across your forehead, chin and along the bridge of your nose.

Lips
Strike a balance with a nude lip. Try Rimmel Vinyl Lipgloss in Eastend Snob, $6.50.

Hair
Shapow made waves with a wide-ridge styling iron. Blow-dry your hair upside down for added volume and divide into sections of varying size. Spray a comb with hairspray and run it through each section before using the iron from root to tip to create perfectly soft waves.
