Payless Kailey Patent Pump

I couldn't believe this light yellow patent pump was from Payless. Last time I was at a Payless on Boxing Day, all I saw was crappy sandals and ugly pointy toe boots. I should go take a look in person. Kailey Patent Pump $19.99, seems a perfectly good pair of pumps for work with a pair of slim pants or a pencil skirt.
