Sweater tunic with belt

Yay it's Friday. It's my favorite day of the week, you still have to work during the day, but it makes getting off work and enjoying the night that much sweeter. Tonight we're getting together with my sister-in-law and her fiancé, having a casual dinner. On Friday you just want to be comfortable, so I like the jeans and sweater combination.

For the longest time I had some difficulty wearing the big belts on the waist. It's so easy to get the proportion wrong. Now I find the easist combination is a sweater tunic with a belt whose material is not too thick or stiff and the width is not too wide, some of the extra wide belts don't look good on me, they actually make my waist disappear. No idea why.
