Nanette Lepore Doll Baby Dress

I was looking at this picture and I couldn't tell if it the front or the back from the weird awkward pose of this girl. Her head looks so strange it looks like it was like a bad photoshop job. It's turned at such a drastic angle I hope she didn't hurt herself. I do love this dress though, polka dots, pretty tie at the neck, floaty hems, all makes it an ultra feminine dress.
