I get those pesky breakouts on my face around the time of my period. I cannot tell you how much I hate them. This has gotta be the best blemish control product I've tried so far. It has 2.5% benzoyl peroxide, which is gentle on your face, unlike a lot of those 5% or even 10% benzoyl peroxide creams that you find at drug stores, which can really burn your skin, make it red and itchy and flaky. Bioelements Breakout Control is actually hydrating. I apply another moisturizer over it, so I don't have to worry about redness or itchiness at all. Use it with conjunction with a beta hydroxy acid product for exfoliating the pores. It's quite effective in controlling those zits.
