How hot is this Alice + Olivia 'Chicago' Shift Dress $295?! I'm a huge fan of Alice + Olivia's retro designs. Just when I thought I couldn't possibly love her dresses anymore, along came this fabulous piece. The graphics are cool and the cut is just sharp, and the length is daringly short, look how it just barely covers the back? Love it!
