Vogue's weekly best-dressed list

Every week Vogue.com comes up with a list of 10 best dressed celebs and socialites. Some are really great, but some...well, I question Voguettes' taste. Some are just funny and strange looking. Maybe you disagree and you like the eccentricity of some of the outfits. But Vogue is more mainstream than avant-garde. I wonder who's compiling this list every week and if Anna Wintour checks it over before they put it out.
