Seems that the fitted kind of vests are becoming a favorite piece among the stars. I've never been a vest fan. They conjour up a stuffy nerdy image. However this new crop of vests look quite chic especially if you are wearing an ultra-feminine top or dress, and even sexy if you wear nothing but the vest ;)
