Thayer Rachel Dress/Skirt
I love multi-functional clothes. I was wearing one of my smocked dresses as a skirt the other day. My guy thought I bought a new skirt, lol. And I'm in the process of making an old long skirt into a dress. So it's obvious how much I love this dress/skirt! The constrasting banding and balloon bottom, it's right up my alley. Wearing it as a skirt is perfect for office. And for after work, wearing it as a dress is much more adorable and sexy. Look how high the hem is :D

Hi..do you know how Thayer clothing fits? I"m about to order a dress but I can't find any information on Thayer or the clothing when I goggle it. Are the dresses true to size or what? Thank you!
