Givenchy's got peep toe AND open eye

Givenchy has some really interesting shoes coming out. The cutouts looks sorta like eyes to me, a little strange, but definitely different. I'm loving the gorgeous patent leather though. What do you think? Would you be comfortably showing some toe, not just toe-cleavage?
