Cargo Web/Dry Foundation

I am loving my new Cargo Web/Dry foundation. It's a foundation and powder in one. I usually prefer powder because I don't like the "madeup" look and I don't need much coverage. But powder is a bit dry for me in the winter, especially around my eyes. That makes me really relunctant to touch up my face more than a couple of times in a day. With Cargo Wet/Dry, you can use it wet or dry. It's got the silkiest texture. When I apply it wet, I get the most sheer coverage and it doesn't dry out my skin. The application sponge is seperated from the foundation, which helps keep the foundation clean. Very important.
